Air-flue chimney systems
Air-flue chimney systems are used to exhaust fumes to the rooftops of the residential buildings and ensure the airflow necessary for the boilers to work. Complies with the National Ukrainian Standard norms “ДСТУ Б В 2,5-33:2007”.
Individual systems of apartment heating that are a part of such smoke removal systems, include gas boilers with sealed (closed) combustion chambers.
The system is consists of coaxial pipe-in-pipe systems, chimneys with increased density for removal of combustion products (inner pipe) and fresh air supply (the space between the pipes) into the boiler combustion chamber.
The chimneys are produced out of AISI 304 stainless steel, 0,5 to 1,00 mm thick. Depending on the client’s requirements we may produce various types of chimneys.

The material the chimney is produced of is chosen depending on:
the type of boiler;
type of fuel.
It is highly recommended to use AISI 321 stainless steel for smoke removal systems for fireplaces and solid fuel equipment.
Chimneys for gaseous and liquid fuel boilers should be produced out of AISI 304 або AISI 316Ті steel.
Сhrome-nickel anticorrosion AISI 304 steel (08х18Н10 analog) may be used for chimneys that are exposed to temperatures up to 450°C.
Heat resistant, acid-proof AISI 316Ті steel (10х17Н13М2Т analog) may be used for chimneys that are exposed to temperatures up to 600°C.
Anticorrosion, heat resistant AISI 321 steel (08х18Н10Т analog) may be used for chimneys that are exposed to 600°C-800°C.
The chimneys are insulated with a special type of mineral wool.
